GRIT Group Training


Monday & Wednesday:

  • 6am
  • 8am
  • 9:15am
  • 4:30pm
  • 5:45pm
  • 7pm 


Tuesday, Thursday & Friday:

  • 6am
  • 8am
  • 9:15am
  • 4:30pm
  • 5:45pm


Saturday:

  • 8:30am (Fitness)
  • 10am (Strength)


Sunday:

  • CLOSED


*Note:  Our GRIT Strength Focused Workouts are on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (10am). Our GRIT Fitness Focused Workouts are on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (8:30am).



GRIT Open Gym Times


Monday - Friday:

  • 7am - 8am
  • 2:30pm - 4:30pm


Saturday:

  • 11am - 12:15pm



Small Group Training & Personal Training


  • Hours vary by Coach
